After Asus’s successful EEE 701, other companies joined the race. There is the MSI Wind coming out soon, HP’s 2133, and now Dell and Acer coming out with their very own UMPC. Looks like this will be an interesting competition. I was not a fan of the HP 2133, though I liked the idea of aluminum casing (though I’m sure that added a bit of weight). What interest me is the specs and the price, more so than the design and colors. Unfortunately, for the Dell and Acer’s upcoming UMPC, only a picture is available, perhaps in hopes to create some buzz before people go for the Asus EEE 900/901 or the MSI Wind.
